Property was clean and appeared as posted on listing. Listing did not explain that there were stairs. We had the first floor and basement .
However there was a problem of some sort of seepage coming up through one of the bedroom floors in the basement.
Could not communicate with the owner via text; only through email via Verbo. This delayed some answers to minor questions.
