Now booking summer 2026: full July/Aug weeks run Sunday to Sunday. BBH is an incredibly versatile spacious rental with a 4BD main house and a separate 2BD in law apartment with roof-deck, both accessible through side by side doors off inside garage landing. Two first floor bedrooms-no steps.
The Main house has a NEW KITCHEN, two 1st floor bedrooms and two 2nd floor bedrooms. There are full bathrooms with tubs on each floor, plus an additional 1/2 bath on 1st floor, as well as an enclosed outdoor shower in the private backyard. 1st floor bedrooms include one with king bed, one with twin daybed with pullout twin trundle. 2nd floor bedrooms include one with queen, and one with two twins and set of twin bunk beds.
The large deck located directly off the main house kitchen is great for backyard barbecues and casual entertaining. On hot summer days, stretch out on one of our loungers, or rest quietly in the shade under our dual retractable awnings. In the evenings, enjoy beautiful westward sunset views right from your own deck. Main house patio furniture comfortably seats 12+.
The attached in law apt has a separate entrance from inside the garage. It has its own living room, small kitchen, private queen bedroom, and loft bedroom with a full and a queen. There is one full bathroom with tub for the apt. And best of all, the apt has direct access to our incredible roof-deck with spectacular views.

BBH has a fabulous location just a five minute walk down a quiet side street to The Newport Resort and First / Easton's Beach, a great family beach with nice amenities. Easy bike ride or 15 minute walk to Second / Sachuest Beach, or bike/quick drive to Third Beach. For the kids, a local elementary school expanded playground is only a quick stroll away. BBH is a five minute walk to many local restaurants (including The Atlantic Grill, Tickets sports bar, Diegos mexican, Mission burger and Flo's Clamshack), surf-bike shops, convenience store, Clementines ice cream shop. Ring camera monitors driveway. You will be sent a Contract on booking that asks for name of each guest, and a list of the vehicles/details.
