The bedsheets were dirty, the pool did not look clean it looked greasy and there was scum around it. the Jacuzzi was brocken and there was nothing that said it on the website. the breakfast is not actually breakfast. It was not worth it at all. the rooms look nothing like the website at all. Save your money and go to the marriott in newport instead i regret choosing this one.

The hot tub was broken and closed. The morning "breakfast" offerings were very slim. A muffin and coffee or theblike for $16 for 2 people for 2 days. Starbucks is in thw building and opens later

The staff was awesome! Friendly, warm, and helpful. No matter who was on the desk, they were happy to see everyone as they walked through the door. The room was clean and neat, but I think the bathroom could use a refresh. There were stains on the wallpaper behind the toilet and rust around the tub stopper. Just signs of age, but compared to how nice the rest of the room and the hotel itself were, those things stuck out like sore thumbs.

Hotel and staff were excellent. The suite was clean and comfy. One star taken off as the hot tub was not functional and the pool area was too cold to go in the (heated) pool. Had the hot tub been working, the pool are would have been great,but with no way to take the chill of swimming off, it just wasn’t usable.

The front desk staff was incredibly rude to us. We were waiting in line for 20 minutes when there was only one person in front of us very unorganized.then got put in a room who already had someone booked in there, a huge safety concern already. when asking for a new room after we got double booked I got told I would either be put in a new hotel or that I had to wait with a crazy attitude as if any part of that was my fault. There was no apology if anything she was trying to argue with me. after getting that sorted in the morning, the cleaning staff knocked on her door 30 minutes before our checkout trying to clean our room when it was not our time to leave. also had to kill two spiders.
