No HOT Water! Unacceptable!

Disappointed. Our family needed a place to stay for three nights, while visiting family in RI. All we needed was a place to sleep, shower, and get dressed. For three days we took cold showers. The hotel had known for over a month their boiler needed to be replaced. The staff was honest about the issues, which I appreciate, but there is no excuses for over a month to not have a remedy. They should NOT be renting rooms if they know their hot water is down!

Very dissapointing

I reserved two rooms. When we arrived the check-in was smooth but: The clerk didn't tell me that my room was upgraded (I know under my request but I didn't receive any confirmation previously) 1. The clerk charged us for a different rate room. We ignored his mistake and gave the money to our friend. 2. The bathroom wasn't clean enough and then we found hair all over. 3. He didn't explain why we didn't have service in our room, the following day, when I called to ask for room housekeeping, they told me to bring the towels and the trash to the front desk even though I explained that the housekeeper was around but told me to call the desk because she wasn't authorized to give me service. It was like a block away. I decided to keep the dirty towels. 4. They charged for very bad coffee. Don't get me wrong the staff was nice and friendly but for sure they need more training to make the stay of people pleasant and less disappointed about the cleanliness. The elevator was completely disgustingly dirty and it looked like a NY street elevator going to the subway.

Nothing fancy but we just needed a spot with enough room for a family of 5 to spend the night . Was clean enough and the hot tub and pool were great for the kids.

Not as advertised

No housekeeping at all. We stayed 3 days and there was no housekeeping. When I asked it was like we don’t have housekeeping but we can give you towels if you need. No breakfast and neither no to- go breakfast as advertised. I feel like hotels.com have wrong description of this hotel and it should change. I will never recommend this hotel (which is actually a motel).

I had no hot water when i went to take a shower. I had to wash my hair in the sink, with cold water. I had let the hot water run for 8 minutes, thinking it might just take a while to reach my room. But no. When i informed the desk at checkout, she said there was nothing they could do for me, dince i booked through hotels.com!

Fine enough for a quick stay if you don’t need to be in the room for the whole time. We spent most of the time out and about in Newport. Came back to rest and sleep and it did the job. Nothing fancy. We stayed here years ago and it was much nicer/livelier.

We stayed for 2 days when we got there we where given a room no balcony and we reserved room with one the next morning we went to shower and had to wait for someone to fix it the first day and the second day when we spoke with the front desk after running the water for an hour we where told what would you like me to do the staff new there was issues with that side if the building and put us there any way I normally have a wonderful stay at this location but this time was complete opposite
