- Room was not matching the one that I did chose at the time I paid for it. I paid for a king size bed, and I had double full beds. When I called to the front desk, they just said "we don't have the one that you reserved". No more explanation. - The bathroom was smelling like some kind of drugs, on top of some perfume/soap used to disguised. - Old carpet on the floors, looking disgusting. - Price not matching the room at all. Room so over priced!

They truly made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The location is very convenient – there’s a bus route right nearby that takes you directly to downtown New York City, making it easy to explore without the hassle of driving. My room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was comfortable, and all the facilities worked perfectly. Breakfast was also a great start to the day, with a nice selection of fresh and tasty options. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I’ll be happy to stay here again on my next trip!
