The recent stay was highly unsatisfactory. The water temperature in the sink and the shower was inconsistent, oscillating between excessively hot and extremely cold. Furthermore, the vanity lights were non-functional due to blown fuses. A significant issue was the absence of a wardrobe in the room. I reported the problems with the water and lighting to the staff on the first day and granted permission for maintenance personnel to access the room in our absence. Despite this, both issues remained unresolved throughout our three-night stay. This marks the second negative experience I have encountered with Super 8, the first being in Chicago and the current one in New Jersey. Consequently, I will no longer be utilizing Super 8 accommodations.

The door looked like someone broke in to room, the lobby looked like someone was going to rob you, the room smelled like someone died. I told the front desk he said he would move us to another room he never came back I went to front desk to asked “what happened you never came back” he told me he was waiting for cancellations to put me in another room mind you the place was completely emptied no one was but maybe 5 people the places echoed it was so empty. I finally decided to just go somewhere else spoke to Expedia they refused to help in this dangerous situation they failed us. (Expedia)

The best part about this room was the amazing shower. I booked this because I was going to the Cowboys game at MetLife Stadium. According to the ad, it was a close walk. On the way to hotel my driver had asked about where I was staying, and I had mentioned walking and I was told I could not walk there because it was all highway. When I checked in, I asked the man at the desk about walking and again, he told me no because it was highway, and that I’d have to walk the whole way around, which would’ve taken 40 minutes. That’s a lot more than the 10 that was promoted. There were no hairdryers in the room. I had to go down to the service desk and ask about a hairdryer. The person found one gave it to me and told me to be careful. Ok? The location is not that great if you don’t wanna have to drive everywhere. The only food within walking distance was a Dunkin’ Donuts, which was fine for morning coffee overall it was OK. The price was great. The room size was good. Just not what I was expecting due to the write up and description And deposit was also required, which is normal at most places however it did not state it again in the listing. And when I mentioned it to the man at check-in, the same guy just told me to be careful with the hairdryer, said they didn’t disclose that on third-party sites all the time. Overall, it was OK FaceTime, the price and the size of the room, but not very convenient for what I needed that weekend

Room was not clean, moved a chair and there was debri under it as well as behind the dresser, I had to do a cleaning myself. Overall after that the room was spacious and everything worked but the overall facility was dark and not inviting. The staff was plesant and helpful but the place needs a makeover.

I specifically searched for a hotel serving complimentary breakfast on hotels.com yet all the hotel offered as juice and coffee. Only one soap provided in the room instead of conventional bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The staff at the hotel was not courteous.

Very outdated. No breakfast as described. Staff was friendly and the parking was free, so that was a bonus. Bed was comfy and heat worked great but the bathroom needed many updates/ repairs.
