We had the best welcome ever thanks to Billie – she made us feel incredibly special from the very first moment. Her warmth and care truly set the tone for our stay. The entire team was also extremely kind and attentive, making us feel at home throughout our visit. The hotel was just perfect for our anniversary – charming, authentic, and full of thoughtful details. The quality-to-price ratio is excellent, and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone passing through Miami. It’s truly one of the best addresses in the city – a hidden gem with a personal touch! A big thank you again to Billie and all the team, we can’t wait to come back!! :):)
