They called beforehand to ask if there was any room preferences (upstairs vs downstairs) as they had noted from previous stays preference for ground level due to accessibility issues. Have stayed her several times and always pleased with the cleanliness, quietness, and comfort.

We had the best welcome ever thanks to Billie – she made us feel incredibly special from the very first moment. Her warmth and care truly set the tone for our stay. The entire team was also extremely kind and attentive, making us feel at home throughout our visit. The hotel was just perfect for our anniversary – charming, authentic, and full of thoughtful details. The quality-to-price ratio is excellent, and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone passing through Miami. It’s truly one of the best addresses in the city – a hidden gem with a personal touch!
