they charged $8 for water that looked like it was complimentary, there wasn’t a price on the bottle. We got locked out on the balcony, the key card to the room did not open the balcony door. Thankfully we had a phone with us and could call the front desk. They sent someone up to let us back in our room and he told us there was nothing wrong with the door lock and we should go get different key cards. Unsatisfactory.

Walking distance to Lincoln Rd Mall (20 minutes), plus endless other bars, restaurants and shopping that is even closer. Dedicated beach area with chairs and towels (10 minute walk). The entire beach area in this part of Miami beach is great. No rocks, sea weed and clean. Walgreens is literally right out either of the hotel entrances with a great supply of snacks, drinks and supplies. The pool and hot tub are smaller, but we didn't have any issues. They have a pool bar with drinks and food. They have a water bottle refill station in the lobby and level 4 built into the ice machine. Nice lobby area with seating for playing games, hanging out and there is also a pool table that was free of charge.

Very noisy and freezing hotel

The AIr condition temperature cannot be changed and it was crazy freezing room, also no complementary water, poor lighting. ALso I couldn't sleep due to the very loud music from teh closing Bar !! when I asked teh receptionist to turn it down she said its not allowed despite it was 5 am and all teh shops bar were closed. The only good thing was teh stuff was frendly

Front desk and concierge service was very good. Housekeeping was a little lacking.. room was not vacuumed daily, toilet was not always cleaned well. Had to repeatedly ask for replacement for toilet paper and tissues. Do not go to the attached restaurant. Service and food is awful.While we ultimately liked the location, the lack of a good restaurant at the hotel meant a lengthy walk for breakfast
