Overall we enjoyed our stay and I think we would book this house again. The neighborhood was fairly quiet, and we enjoyed the house arrangement with the 2 private in-suite bed/bath combo. The entire place was expertly organized, which made a small space seem large. Really enjoyed the house. It was very private. We want to make sure others realize that you're pretty much on your own though if problems were to occur. We were provided 2 assistance numbers for issues, and neither really worked. When we arrived (late flight) we could not get the gate to the driveway to work at all, so we had to trust street parking, & was later told the gate was broken. Also, as we walked the driveway, you have to walk fairly close past another rental on the left, & a private home on the right leading to a privacy fence/wall with no obvious way to open the privacy gate-wall. It was really late, & we didn't realize the latch was up-over the topside of the gate. There was no instruction or signage for this, and it took a bit to figure it out. If you are short beware! I'm 5' 6" & have long arms, & it was a stretch, but I could open it. Also, the spa/jacuzzi was the main reason we booked this unit, but there is NO INSTRUCTION, and no one to ask for assistance if you need it. The rental company,"Vacation Living" is apparently on vacation on the weekend! We lost a day downloading the spa manual, and trying to figure things out on our own. Beware of these issues before you book!
