Low end hotel. Low end materials, most of the floor tiles are in bad shape, the floor was sticky/dirty (our socks could tell…), the entry level furniture was not in better shape. I canceled the stay I booked for 2 weeks later. The desk person was very nice and professional, providing the missing sheets and pillow at 1:00AM when we checked in. In these conditions, the rating should not be above 6.

Staff while checking in barely spoke to us asked our names and handed us keys to the room. Room was clean but the smell was overpowering I even overheard others saying the same the cleaning smells were strong. Bed was hard as a rock, pillows were awful, and the comforter was as thin as a sheet with cigarette burn holes in it. You could also hear everything in the hallways, doors slamming, housekeeping talking. The AC was loud and luckily drowned out some of it but when it was off it was loud. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep in. It was fine for a one night stay to get a little sleep before leaving town.

The units are old, I had a few issues with appliances like microwave door locked etc, all minor, but overall you have tons of space, location was great for me, and for the price, I think its a good deal.

Mould in kitchen cupboards. We pre paid for 6 people. Only 2 towels given. No linen for fold out sofa. Asked for more towels, we got one extra. Ran out of toilet paper, they said they had no more - then they found one roll. Nice ladies at front desk just bad communication between them and housekeeping.

What stand out to me the most was the checking process, and the lobby was well decorated with the Christmas spirit as for the room the bedding was soft apart from the kitchen that the top counter have burnt marks and I could not take a bubble bath since it was missing the sink stopper so I had to go downstairs and we requesting it even that the stuff was very nice and friendly and helping me find one that was I was very grateful forWhat stood out to me the most was the checking process. The lobby was beautifully decorated with Christmas spirit. The bedding in the room was soft, except for the kitchen, where the top counter had burnt marks. I couldn’t take a bubble bath because the sink stopper was missing, so I had to go downstairs and request it. The staff was very nice and helpful, and they even went out of their way to find me a suitable sink stopper. I was very grateful for their assistance.
