We have been travelling to Miami and looked for a highly rated place at the airport. Unfortunately Sonesta won't fit the bill in the future.Room was clean,bed was good but 5 negatives. 1)Got there at maybe 1pm no early arrivals and not even a sofa or table anywhere to sit at.Had to leave and come back. 2) Shuttle to the airport was at 6am just doesn't work in Miami.3) Quite noisy. Because the door in #332 doesn't set in the frame properly you can see light around it which also means sound from the hall of a guy making a phonecall for an hour.4) Very basic construction materials means poor insulation to the airport sound of planes and 5) the vinyl windows to the parking lot doesn't stop the music from car systems at night . Really did not sleep maybe 2-3 hours total.

I would not recommend this hotel. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with visible mold and an overall lack of cleanliness. The bed linens and bathroom were not clean, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, the hotel advertises breakfast on their website, but once you arrive, you’re told there is no breakfast at all. This feels misleading and dishonest. Overall, this place does not meet basic hygiene standards, and the services advertised online are not actually provided. Definitely not worth the money.

Staff was great, room was clean, I liked the separate spaces. I would definitely stay here again it was in a better part of town. Just be sure you get the correct Sonesta shuttle because they won't take to the other ones. This one is white not pink.
