My room had a roach infestation, mold in the bathroom, my handicapped son was denied handicapped access to the beach, the laundry manager was rude and harassing. I have proof of all my allegations by photo and video.

Our stay at the Seacoast was very disappointing and frustrating. We felt very misled by the images online and our room was awful. Things were old, broken and very worn down. The rug had an awful smell, stained and discolored. The staff was nice and made an attempt to change the room but there were no rooms available. We will not be staying here again and do not recommend this place to others. We tried to make a memorable trip for our kids but the condition of the room was terrible.
