Really a bad experience, first they never have at arrival what I paid for the superior suite , the had to removed a mini refrigerator from another room to this second room because the first was not in any condition even had a breach of security on the Intirior door , people smoking marihuana on the property, terrible

Overall the place just looks very rundown. Front desk staff was generally friendly but when we asked for maintenance to unclog the toilet in our room, no help came and we had to do the job ourselves.

Upon check in, we were told we were not allowed to adjust the air conditioner in the room because it would start to leak water even thought it was set to 60°F. One room smelled had a very strong smell of bleach that was making everyone cough and the other room smelled heavily of cigarettes. There was mold in both bathrooms and my family and I were not comfortable staying there.

No towels in the room. I had to go get them from reception. Floors were dirty. Had obviously not been swept. Bathroom door did not close and when we were finally able to close it, it git stuck snd we couldn’t open it. The property as a whole looked very old and unkempt.

Truly the most disgusting “hotel” I have ever stayed at. Incredibly disgusting. Dirty, filthy, uncared for. No mattress pad, no blanket, no shampoo. We did it feel safe at the hotel, whether inside, in our room, or outside the room. I would never stay at the cesspool, even if I was paid to be there, I did not take a shower there, because I was certain that I would stay cleaner that way. I would like a full refund. We hardly were able to sleep, and left as early as we could. What a disgusting place!

No hot water Ac wouldn’t go up from 62 degrees. Running fan only created such bad humidity in the room that floors, mirrors and clothes were all damp in the morning. Floors were filthy. Though the appeared clean, when putting a towel down and going over the floor, the towel was eventually rendered black. Left a note, with the towel for the cleaning crew. Also showed a picture to the front desk person at checkout
