Terrible stay

Horrible experience, we constantly had to ask front desk person for house keeping . They would pick and choose when to clean the room or when to take out trash or even replenish new towels . Our first room the fridge was leaking and we did get transfer a new room which the only person with good hospitality there was Lissette. Sheets are dirty and the floor looked like it never had been mop . In all honesty look somewhere else , I only give it one star because of Lisette who took the day of time to assist with these matters

the staff is OK.. the link they sent for early check-in didnt work, so i ended up in a room i didnt like,, the 1st room had a destroyed (their words) bed and was changed..the 2nd room developed a water leak which they said was fixed.. nope,, next day water leak again,, since i was leaving the next day we stayed there... housekeeper needs to inspect those roos completely,,, make repairs as needed... the area is nice and close to everything, the inconvinience of changing rooms is an added burden to anyone...
