Ok for the price.

Room was clean for the most part. My wife and I are seniors with grey hair and found several dark hairs on the bedding and tub area. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Toilets and tub were clean but had stains that detracted from their appearance. Good place to stay for just passing through.

Nice clean room with parking outside! Coffee machine and Refrigerator and microwave in room. Coffee in office. No breakfast. Nice location to Shark valley Everglades! Would stay here again! Felt safe! Ice machine on property

After driving from the Midwest to FL staying in various properties…Fairway Inn was the best of all. The property was spotless, grounds, reception, pool and room. Staff was friendly, attentive and helpful in suggesting a great choice for dinner. Room was spotless and comfortable. I highly recommend this property! Best part it was reasonably priced as well!

This was our third time staying here and it hasn’t disappointed us yet! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, hot showers with a reasonable price close to restaurants and shops within walking distance. We choose this location because it’s between Miami and the Florida Keys there’s always something to do in either direction!

Missing breakfast

The place is a run down motel but the common spaces are nice. Liked the picnic pavilions and we ran around the parking lot because there was no gym. Felt safe. Biggest gripe is they advertised as having a continental breakfast but there is nothing.

Their sign outside says they offer breakfast but they do not. Less than a year ago when we stayed there they did have free breakfast, but no more. There was some loud fights outside in the parking lot the first night we stayed there and it was going on for a long time, we were afraid to get involved, but nothing was done about it as it kept happening. The room was clean, housekeeping service did not come every day. The furnishings are basic and worn. I would not stay here again as there are plenty of others in the area that are comparable with breakfast. But overall it was ok.

Perfect location for a weekend at Homestead Miami Speedway. It is an older hotel, but was nicely kept. Expedia shows they have breakfast, but they haven't since summer 2024. I was told Expedia was advised but needs to update their listing.

Stayed there two nights, first night was interrupted twice with screaming lady outside the room. Even going down the hall knocking on doors. No assistance from hotel to stop the noise maker.

The property is dated and needs attention, but pretty typical for this price point. Our mattress was way overdue for replacement. Bathroom fan didn't appear to do much but make noise. Our door was sluggish at recognizing our keys but we weren't ever locked out for more than a minute or two. Location is great for heading off to the Keys or visiting The Everglades. There are plenty of places to eat very nearby.
