I was able to check-in early; however, was not in the room type booked. I was not asked if the change would work for our party. Then, the room was missing a requested item. I walked to the front desk to request again. Still was not brought to the room. The next morning I call the desk and the item was finally delivered. The property is nice. Customer service is lacking a little.

The first room I received had really huge spiders in the tub, which really threw me off since I'm really afraid of spiders. The front desk guy was very understanding however, and immediately switched me to a different room which I really enjoyed. Other than that I had a really pleasant experience

Everything was great except on our first morning, breakfast was not available at the time listed. Coffee was ready, but it was another 30-40 minutes before food was ready. There also was not a full breakfast that day; choices were slim. Since we were looking at an early start and planning a lot of physical activity, that was a poor start to our day!

We had a good 3 night stay. Easy check in. Great front desk staff all days we were there. Pool was nice but a little dirty in and around it. Breakfast on weekends was great but weekdays less options. For the price excellent place to stay - good central point the visit Miami, Everglades, and the Keys! Would book again.

If you have a pool for guest make sure you have locks to the pool for outside people who just come to use what your guest pay for. Sad that puke, food and drinks were all over and your staff acknowledged but, never cleaned nor did anything about it. Will stay with a different organization from now on regardless of where we frequently travel.
