I had a staff member literally laugh in my face because (I’m a lot younger then my husband) and for some reason the staff member seem to think it was okay to laugh about that and I mean fall over laugh not to munching they were groped up talking about us! And to top it off I was told by the same guy that it would be okay to check my luggage with them after I return from my cruise the following Friday and get there and no one seems to know what I’m talking about and unfortunately could not help so I don’t think I’ll be back nice hotel but the some of the the staff (not all) was a bit rude for me liking!

Would definitely stay here again! Love the tech advance of the place. I love how there’s different seating arrangements in the hotel, there’s a little get together with tv, there’s a table for business workers to use their laptops plus two iMacs for use. The rooftop pool is a plus.. only disadvantage is that it’s only open from 12:00pm to sunset. Why call it night swim when it’s not really night swim. Other than that I love the hotel! 10/10
