The location is excellent — first ocean line with direct beach access. Unfortunately, the room was extremely dirty. The windows were very dirty as well, so it was impossible to properly see the ocean. The towels were stained, and the bathtub was peeling. The shower did not switch modes properly. All the dishes were greasy and had dried food stuck on them. The internet connection was terrible and very unstable. There was absolutely no soundproofing. I could clearly hear my neighbors’ conversations as if they were in my room. Overall, the location is great, but the room condition and cleanliness were very disappointing

Don’t come here I parked my car here for 30$ a day the forts day got a scratch on my car told them they said they would handle it never did I tried again they gave me a paper to file a claim. Rooms dirty and small hallways smell communication was horrible didn’t know English at most times I didn’t feel comfortable

This property advertised as a hotel is not a hotel. I am surprised that Expedia does that. The property, bedroom and bathroom are in terrible conditions. I never imagined it would be that bad. Everything was old, deteriorated, even the beds were falling apart, towels in terrible conditions even with old spots, the bathroom had only a used roll of toilet paper almost finished and we had to rush to the store the following morning before using the bathroom. The soap was probably the worst in the market and very little. Incredible ! A real warning about Expedia!

The hallways were filthy as soon as I got to the 9th floor it smelled like marijuana cigarettes and we dog. The hallway carpet was gross. Once inside the room the paint was peeling from the ceilings. Tub was dirty and the shower curtains. The bed sheets were dingy you could see right thru to the dirty mattress. The window curtains had stains all over them. I left and stayed elsewhere. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Disappointing and Uncomfortable Stay — Would Not Recommend From the moment we arrived, the experience was underwhelming. Building staff were smoking right in front of clearly posted “No Smoking” signs and didn’t even acknowledge us when we pulled in for valet—almost like we had to greet them to get service. The room itself was in poor condition. The furniture looked like it came from IKEA years ago—worn out and fragile. The bed frame was broken, the bathtub was rusted and dirty, the stove didn’t work, and the curtains were literally hanging by a thread. The AC unit was so loud it was hard to sleep. To top it off, there was a woman who apparently lives on the property and caused multiple scenes—yelling in the lobby and nearly getting into a fight at the pool late at night. The staff knew her and basically excused her behavior, saying she’s not a bad person and treating her carefully, which gave the impression that even they were uneasy around her. Overall, the experience felt chaotic and uncomfortable. We spent most of the weekend laughing at ourselves for booking such a “ghetto” stay. Definitely not somewhere I’d recommend or return to.

It was great for beach access. Nothing in our room worked. Coffee pot was broke. Stove was broke. We had to switch on and off the breakers to use it. Toilet would tflush half the time.

This room and building is very out dated. We did not recieve wash clothes only towels. Most of the outlets in the room didnt work. The microwave barely worked. It took forever to warm something up. The sheets had stains on them. As soon as we walked in, i wanted to go somewhere else. I just dont understand as a property owner why you would want your proprty to look like that.

Property is run down, needs a renovation badly. We stayed almost a week and they gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper (for a family of 4). They provided beach chairs and um brella, but they were broken, and when we went to the front desk to see if they had a different one they replied saying that was not with them, that the unit we were in was "separate". Bed sheets had holes in it, towels were smelly. The only good thing about the hotel was that it was right at the beach.

The pool was nice, the condo was very basic but was fine. Until the pest control came to spray for roaches. We did not see any roaches during our stay but that did worry us for the rest of our stay. The building is aged but is in a good location.

I booked this last minute and to be honest based on price. And I got exactly what I paid for. The property is NOT a hotel...it appears to be condos that people rent out. The property itself is fairly grubby, but OK. There was a pool and direct access to the ocean and the walking/bike path. Nice. The room was very plain. The bedding was minimal, but comfortable. The A/C worked. I could connect to the wifi, but there was no internet when I did. I actually had a partial view of the ocean and pool area, but no balcony from which to really enjoy it. There was a coffee machine in the kitchenette, but no coffee and no paper towel, so you'll want to do some shopping at the convenience store across the street. The fridge worked. There is a Hilton two doors down with a fun bar and restaurant, and another good restaurant across the street. But you'll be taking a taxi to much of anything else. In short, it met my needs as a single guy just wanting a place to crash, but I would not take a wife, girlfriend or family here...spend a few extra bucks and go to a real hotel. They are selling units for $300k-ish, and I considered making the investment, but I think you can do much better. The building is really kinda bleak. The drive from MIA is over an hour in heavy traffic, but at 4am on a Sunday morning we did it in 20 minutes. Would I do it again?...eh, in a pinch mostly because I know my way around it and the area. Would I recommend it to friends? Absolutely not. They'd never forgive me.
