Location was great. Room was clean & it was great to have a small kitchen area but the space felt a little roo cramped. Our room was next to the stairs so unfortunately we heard every step someone took while using them and on the 3rd night of our stay the heat went out in the middle of the night, when it dropped to 52° outside and thus, inside. Didn't realize until we were packing up to leave early the next morning.

Room was okay. It was everything else that was so bad I will never return to this place. Not being familiar with Miami I booked this hotel knowing it was 2 blocks from the beach which was fine. However the room was so small I could barely get around and when I did I was constantly stubbing my toes on the corner of the bed frames which are wood and the fact you have to squeeze yourself around anything in that room guarantees you will hit the corners. The place is noisy. God help you if you get a room below the higher rooms. The foot noise and any movement above gets amplified in the lower floor rooms. This place should be rented out as a long term rental/lease not a hotel. Shame on Expedia and the others representing this property as a hotel.

The rooms are newly remodeled and in perfect condition. You are only 3 short blocks to the beach and there are some great restaurants all within walking distance. Absolutely no need for a car! Loved it!

Great location and nice place, a great choice for the price. Communication and check it was very easy and staff was very accommodating on an early check in. The bed was very comfortable. The room needed some real drinking glasses and somewhere to get ice.

Very clean and cute place. However, the walls are thin and you can hear everything. Even the maintenance crew are loud during the morning. During my first day I couldn’t open the main door to go outside and I called customer service. Whoever answered was rude and inpatient. I pressed the green button and pushed the door but it wouldn’t work. I waited for about 7min until the door worked and then I got a call telling why I didn’t tell them I was able to open it. Cute place but I can’t recommend it.
