Awesome place, small hotel with great feel. Check in was a breeze, I was sent a text the morning of with my key code and walked right into my room without the long check-in process. I will stay again.

Super easy check in and out procedures. Very responsive staff and would text to check in daily. Room very clean and cute. Bathroom with hot shower and good pressure. Quiet, steps from the beach. Walkable to Art Deco district which is super cute. Highly recommend, will be staying here again next time we’re in Miami!!

This hotel is within walking distance to Miami Beach. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Unfortunately there were bugs crawling on the floor of the bathroom and we had to wait until morning to get more toilet paper, Kleenex, and shampoo.

Great hotel, beware of the reviews, the rooms are totally average size, very far away from what would be considered a “very small room”. Location is unbeatable. The only issue it’s indeed the internal noise, we could hear people walking on the hallway and in the room above. Very little to do, as it’s something structural. My only advice would be, when the hotel is not full like my case, to give more the rooms at the end. We were at the first room and the noise of people waking outside in the morning was very annoying. Still would go back, considering location, cleanness and price.
