Black mold in vents!! Filthy! doors left unlocked, windows no screen left open!

I cannot believe this listing was in the site! There was black mold in and on the bedroom air vents & all in the bathroom vents- very obvious! The place was dirty & the door (ground level apartment) was left unlocked! Outdoor are seats were filthy! I wish I could upload the photos of all of it as proof. VRBO never contacted me about this or to make amends! I will stick with another home rental bnb site ... disgusting!! I had to make last minute reservations elsewhere - thank you to the other bnb site! . DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE

Great property manager….

The smell of mold bothered me. I did have to pick up a scent diffuser but the mold smell did a number on my allergies. I did have to bleach down areas, clean crumbs off couch. It was a little out dated and the 3rd bedroom is technically not a bedroom. The listing did look different in person for me. The great thing was there was no bugs. The property manager gave great suggestions on where to eat and was great to communicate with. It was close to everything. Even though it was not my cup of tea someone else may enjoy it.
