I stayed here recently and unfortunately the experience did not match what was advertised in the listing.The unit itself was much more worn and outdated than the photos suggested. The carpet was visibly dirty, the sofa arm was broken, the beds were uncomfortable, and the shower had very weak water pressure. Overall, the condition felt neglected rather than maintained.Service was also disappointing. When we tried to request additional towels, staff were unhelpful and came across as rude. We ended up getting towels from another guest, who mentioned they were also unhappy with their stay and were leaving early.Parking was another concern — the underground garage felt sketchy and poorly maintained, which added to the overall discomfort.Additionally, the restaurants on the premises close fairly early, which is inconvenient if you’re arriving back later in the evening or expecting on-site dining options.The only real positives were the direct beach access and the ocean view, which were both great and likely the highlight of the stay.Overall, this property has potential due to its location, but the condition, service, and amenities need significant improvement to match expectations.
