Overall good except for the toilet seat had brown spots at check in. I wiped toilet and counter with sanitizer wipes. One of the bed covers has brown stains.

Clean hotel, nice staff
I stayed here for eight night. Upon trying to check in an hour early, the hotel clerk tried to charge me an extra $35 to check in early until I reminded her how long I was staying. Then she backed off and said no problem, no charge. Overall though, the staff was super nice and super helpful. The hotel was very clean and I was able to get extra towels, etc. without a problem. The main issues I experienced were 1) the dryer did not dry the clothes. It happened twice and though they said they requested service, it didn't get fixed. 2) the rooms can be noisy (I was in 514). There was a loud fan that went on and off and you could hear people in the next rooms. It wasn't a big deal for me because I bring a white noise for me, but it is something to be aware of. I ordered room service one night. The food was ok but it came with $17 in extra charges. Overall though, the staff was nice, the hotel is clean and it is located in a nice area.

It was cold in the room and i asked the front desk if yhe heat could be turned on. Unfortunately the maintenance man wasnt able to turn the heat on so my mother was uncomfortable all night.
