Checking in was an easy process. Once i got settled in my room, we realized that the tv was not working. We had to repack our luggage to go to a different room on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately the ac unit in the room was not working so we had to relocate again to another room. The guy on duty was trying his hardest so I appreciated that. The room that we were assigned was Unfortunately next to the cleaning room. My son and i were woken up at 6 am to the door slamming, other loud noises and staff members laughing really hard. After switching to 3 rooms, we just dealt with it. But again, i appreciate the overnight staff member. He went above snd beyond to make sure we had a functioning room after a long drive.

Booked and paid for a room with sofa sleeper. Got there and sent to elevators but they were out of service. Climbed the stairs to see I did not get the room I booked, it was just 2 queen beds. Went back down the stairs and told they did not have it available as they had groups that they were given to. Stained sheets duck trapped furniture not enough towels. Pretty ran down. Will not stay again

Our stay was met with very polite staff and we appreciate the quick fix to our room’s ventilation, but we experienced several issues: the washer and dryer didn’t work properly, no quarters or detergent were available, breakfast ran out due to a large group, our dresser and bathroom door were broken, mold on bathroom ceiling, no bathroom fan, and our keys stopped working several times, having to reactivate them. Sharing this to help improve future stays.

The room was clean and in good condition. The bed was a little too firm for my liking but I still slept ok. The doors don’t seem to have the soft close hinge at the tops so there was an abundance of noise from doors slamming throughout the night. The continental breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
