Everything about the hotel was terrible rooms are small with no storage. And the room including the entire hotel had a horrible scent. No windows and no fresh air in the building. Im surprised how they are operating. we were avoiding going into the room as much as possible. The manager and staff were not helpful at all they charge you on everything even if you want them to hold luggages. Do not stay in this place. The place was dirty and not sanitary. Next time i would stay anywhere but here very disappointed!!!!

The property asked me for security deposit only 2 hours before my official check-in time; otherwise, no room details such as exact room number and door access code could be provided. I checked out the same date due to its poor condition. As of now, I still haven’t received my money back. Be aware there will be no air conditioning, no wifi, no hair dryer, no iron and board as advertised. Door lock is loosen. Safety is a concern. Poor communication with no follow-ups. It was such a terrible and the worst experience that I had encountered.

"At breakfast on 9/8/26 told too much cooked food wastage day before, so breakfast would be prepared in the kitchen. People on the next table commented if it arrives very quickly, it is yesterday’s food reheated. It arrived in a couple of minutes, it looked very dried up & was luke warm. No cooking ..."
