We loved the apartment. It was perfectly located to visit the many local waterfalls. It was also very close to restaurants and businesses, which was very convenient, and the beautiful pond with swans in front of the property was an added bonus. We will definitely come back for another visit and stay.

Great location and space for family

We stayed at Swan Suites while visiting family in Fayetteville. It's a great location across from the swan pond and we enjoyed having room to spread out. Everything we needed was there, and our host was very responsive.
