The staff was friendly and provided exemplary service. (Concierge, Front Desk, Restaurant, Wait). The king bed room was spacious and clean. The WiFi was fast and reliable. Enjoyed my stay and will recommend to friends. Definitely would return to this hotel.

Great Hotel, not so great area

The hotel was great with clean and spacious rooms and good dining options. It’s in a not-so-great area with folks at the street asking if you “want to have a good time”. Would not recommend for families.

Stayed twice at sheraton. During our second stay there was a noise coming out from what we think was the air conditioner. We got moved to another room which was so much better. The hotel is conveniently located to malls and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely go back.

For a comfort stay, the hotel is great. It is near to one big shopping mall, which is convenient for dine & shop within walking distance. Like the option of the hotel coffeshop where could grab a simple breakfast or afternoon coffee.

Loved my stay. Great staff! A welcoming staff will make all The difference on checkin. Its the first interaction and if its positive….chances are the stay will be positive. If the staff are rude…. But not this case. The staff were amazing. Shout out to Irish and Ireen for going above and beyond.
