Everything is Excelente! I like their upgraded room with free snacks and Drinks and beer. You can heat up food, on the stove also has oven and the Fridge is big with Washer and dryer in your room. Excellent Breakfast! Staff are very attentive and accommodating.

Hospitality and customer service at Makati Diamond Residences was efficient, helpful, and made our stay extremely enjoyable. Housekeeping was attentive and multiple team members checked in and were accommodating to our requests. The Club Lounge access also stood out, as the bartenders at cocktail hour were pleasant to interact with and the food was consistently tasty and varied each day. Overall we would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend staying here to anyone who wants a luxuriously comfortable stay in Manila.

We stayed here for 10 nights. We will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect, Greenbelt is just across the street. The hotel is very clean, breakfast buffet is very good, all the staff - we commend them, in Alfred's, 27th flr, reception, housekeeping, parking, bellboys, security, great job!
