Stayed the night before a long haul flight. Quick and easy check in. Really clean and good amenities in the room. Easy to park and validate and close to the train station if you want to go into Manchester. Right next to terminal 2. Great selection for breakfast and has a Starbucks inside.

Great hotel. Be aware of restaurant service charge

Lovely stay. Room very comfortable. Staff lovely. Only gripe we had was the 12.5% service charge that was added to our restaurant bill. We asked for it to be taken off and it was. However the system of adding a service charge automatically is one of my pet hates. It added over £6 to our bill. Had it not been added with the assumption we would pay it we would have left a tip. Awful practice.
