We usually pay more for our hotels but cannot see what we get extra—the room's simple bathrooms of a decent standard. The room came with coffee facilities, an iron and a hairdryer. The biggest issue was they had run out of most foods, but we did stay on children's holidays and a buffet breakfast was included. Convenient to the airport and motorways. We will return, value for money.

Average accross the board
We were greeted efficiently and politely. The hotel is dated beyond the entrance hall, including corridors and rooms. The room was generally clean however a few items such as 2 water bottles and a couple of tissues from previous guests were left next to the bed. The breakfast selection was good, however the quality was poor. The bacon was almost transparent it was so thin. I did witness staff members placing freshly cooked food for the buffet on top of older food in the hot containers. This showed a lack of care for food hygiene. Check out was simple. Overall I'd stay elsewhere at a different hotel if needs be at Manchester Airport.

Excellent stop off before early morning flight
Excellent hotel, check in was quick, staff very helpful. Even though we left at 4:15am we were able to take croissants and fruit with us.
