Everything was fine except in between night stand and bed it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months and it looks disgusting. Also extended stay for one night due to some events that were happening, the front desk let me know it will be the exact same price as night before and I agreed. When it was Time for check out I got my receipt and it was much more than what I payed for the first night. I was lied to and told they can’t do anything about it and no managers work on Sunday. I do not live in Columbus so I’m not able to stop by and talk to manager. I want a refund for what I got lied to about.
