The room was spacious and had everything we needed included washing machine. It was great to have a pool available. Its right in the centre of Madrid so you can walk anywhere or jump on the metro. Friendly service, great room and location. Highly recommend.

While this property is located in the heart of downtown and easily accessible to many shops and landmarks and dining options, the apartment was very much not clean. The bathroom walls/crevices had mold, the floors had not been sweeped or vacuumed given a lot of trash scattered on the rug in the living room, including a sock left by a previous person was by the curtains. The walls were dirty and the furniture needed to be cleaned (couches). The towels are not swapped and they do not come to clean the apt during your stay unless you pay which would be okay if they at least cleaned up before you start your stay. Safe to say we had to clean the apt before we could utilize the towels/beds given the state of how it was provided to us. Definitely would not stay here again or recommend to others.

The apartment is within few minutes of walking distance to most of the major attractions. The area was very lively. We were out until midnight every night. So much to do in the area. Food choices were amazing in the area.

Enjoyable Stay

Overall my family and I had a very comfortable stay. The rooms are modern, spacious, and clean. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The only negatives were the slow elevators (one was broken) and the location (too close to the noise and crowds - my fault, not that of the hotels). If you expect a hotel in terms of service and amenities you may be disappointed.

Beware

Beware theyre doing construction ALL night. We couldn’t sleep due to this. The room wasn’t very clean and many thing were broken. If I had to do again I would NOT stay here. Save your money.

Bad experience, you have to pay for essentials services like rom cleaning and additional towels. Elevator was broken most of the time. No actual bar in the roof top, tiny pool. We actually witnessed a fight up there, staff did nothing. The worst front desk staff ever. No courtesy at all. Room was dirty.. a lot.
