Top notch and well located boutique hotel

We splurged on a deluxe suite with a hot tub on the private balcony. The outdoor space was really well designed and beautiful. The interior space was rather narrow and I wasn’t a fan of the dark walls and limited lighting. The bathroom shower was excellent with a large rainhead that had very good water pressure. The front desk service people were all incredibly friendly and helpful as were any and all other service people we encountered. The included breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. The hotel is extremely well located.

Amazing experience

We had a fantastic week-long stay at Hotel Regina. The staff were all very friendly and kind, the rooms and common areas were very clean and well taken care of, the breakfasts were delicious and had a great selection, and when we had a slight problem with our room we were kindly offered an upgraded room. There was something wrong with the A/C in our room making the air have a bad smell, but once brought to the staffs attention we were given a free upgrade to a room with the best view available. The only bad thing I can say about the hotel is that the layout is slightly confusing at first, given that the floors are half-floors (there is Floor 1, go up half a flight of stairs and there more Floor 1, go up another half flight of stairs and there is Floor 2, go up another half flight of stairs and there is more Floor 2, and so on). Once we got used to it, it was perfectly fine. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nice; lives up to all the good reviews. The room was nice as well; the bed was a bit hard and the two beds to make “one” kind of sucks for a couple because the gap in the middle is uncomfortable. Maybe a plush topper would help? The breakfast was really good and the staff were high class, they wer always friendly! The hotel is in a prime location; We enjoyed our stay here and recommend it.

I highly recommend staying here if you want to have a clean room, friendly staff, amazing breakfast (included, which is rare in hotels in Madrid is always extra), and location is the best (you are in front of the four seasons). Will definitely be back here when in Madrid. I travel a lot and this hotel met all my expectations! Thank you so much Regina!
