The staff here are friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. The location is excellent as is the gym. I was so impressed by how kind and eager the team were to help. Great location, fantastic rooms. Will happily book again. The breakfast buffet is also massive and one of the best I've seen, including the super massive names. A great place to stay.

Hotel Regina was exceptional in every possible way!. Great and safe location. Walkable to any point of interest in Madrid. It's located next to a metro station and buses pass nearby. Room are very spacious with comfortable beads, clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet served is awesome. Staff members are marvelous, very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel.
