Everything was perfect for me. Just something took me by surprise. There was a general blackout in Madrid for which the hotel was not prepared. No water, no power, no air conditioning, no elevator. I can understand the situation turned hard for everyone, but a hotel that values ​​its guests should offer some kind of discount in cases like this.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! It’s very conveniently located, and the front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles every time. Our room was clean, spacious, and wonderfully soundproof — which was especially important since the Grand Via was just below our balcony. Everything about the stay was comfortable and welcoming. The only small downside was the breakfast potatoes; they were a bit too hard for my palate. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel in Madrid

This is a great hotel! Our room was clean, if we forgot anything they pretty much had us covered, great location near everything the tours we met at or just sightseeing. Our favorite was the electric blinds how noise canceling and blocked the light that we ended up sleeping in. Upstairs has a patio and bar just overall great experience. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Love this hotel, location, location , location , near everything and lots of restaurants, cafes to eat near the hotel, and shopping, the rooms are soooo comfortable, they have this shutters that live the room complety dark, and no noise at all. Breakfast is available, very good !! The Staff is super helpful . I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again if I’ll come back to Madrid . We were in the 7 floor and the view was super cool. Ask for a corner room they’re bigger.
