I cant say enough positive things about this hotel. It feels like a classic movie, everything was extremely clean and spotless in the room. The level of detail was the best Ive seen from any hotel. What a wonderful hotel! The Gran Via is not for those looking for a quiet bungalow to relax. This gem is really an oasis from the hustle of the city outside. The rooms always kept spotless, the buffet staff and breakfast delightful. Always looked forward to returning after a long day of touring Madrid. Truly a home away from home. Highly recommend if you want to be in the middle of the action with stellar views and service.
