I was changing my booking per their request by canceling the current, I accidentally selected for a same day booking at 540pm. I called immediately after my mistake as we did not have the extra money to waste on a room we couldn’t stay in. I was met by a rude costumer service agent. I was transferred to the front desk who was unable to help me due to a 3rd party booking. My Expedia agent tried to get me a refund or date change as this was what I was trying to do. The property was so unwilling to bend they refused to give a refund or move the date of my booking. I will never book through this hotel again due to the costumer service I was met with and will tell others of my experience.

The person at the front desk (older gentleman) was very kind. The room was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pats and pans. It was very convenient. 15 minutes away from salem, which is where we were going.

Probably had broken appliances, pool was green looking and heavy chlorine smell and hot water went out, hallway smelled like cigarettes and animal urine.oh and housekeeping was rude and short when asked questions also couch was all torn with a dirty smell definitely wouldn’t stay again.
