The room was dirty all of the furniture and rugs were stained and sticky, unable to enjoy the living room/kitchenet do to the lack of cleanliness, limited channels on the bedroom tv, bathroom was ok not great just ok. Next time I’ll find a better hotel I assumed because it was a Hilton it would be really nice I was wrong. Never again.

Close to Salem. Plenty of parking. Its an older property but it was clean and staff was friendly. It was convenient having a small kitchen with a fridge.

Staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. Only complaint was the pull out couch we intended to sleep on was horrible. Definitely not an option to sleep on it was barely usable for sitting. Overall would recommend hotel but not if needing the pull out couch.

Property was pretty good. Breakfast OK and staff very nice. It was clean and well maintained. One problem with disposal was quickly resolved. Refrigerator not full sized and limited what frozen items I could keep to bring home. Always bring seafood back to my midwest home. Bed was very soft. Pillows were even softer. Still have stiff neck and backaches three days after getting home. Finally, I bring a radio with good reception when I travel. Even that radio could only pull in 1 station and it was not the one I wanted. Have gotten stations I wanted with this radio in every other hotel I've stayed in. Probably will not use this hotel in the future.

I had a room with a light bulb out. Fan didn’t work in the bedroom. Furniture in living area dirty. The rooms could really use a refresh. Didn’t feel as clean with the old and dirty looking furniture. Otherwise was fine and staff was very nice and accommodating.

Rooms and hotel need renovation upgrade. Pool is dirty. Hotel only offered Room cleaning and towel resupply every other day,; and in the day I should have had room clean service they didn't, until I went down to the front desk at 5:30pm to complain. I would never had booked here if I had known they only did room clean and resupply towels every other day.
