We had an exhausting drive to the hotel for a family members unexpected funeral the next day. After checking in, I went up to my room and the key would not work. There was a do not disturb marker on the door. After trying several times to open the door, someone opened it from the inside. I was given a room that was already occupied!! I went back down to the front desk and explained what had happened. He blamed the morning crew, apologized, and gave me another room. The room smelled like someone had been smoking in it. Hallway was loud most of the night with slamming doors.

Nice visit in West Texas

The parking area felt very safe. the air conditioning was good, a ceiling fan would be wonderful.
