The wall paper was peeling and had black mold behind it in the bathroom, and the hotel hallways themselves with clear packaging tape to try and conseal it. The plug ins were very unsafe as they didnt hold the plug in in and felt like theyd fall from the wall at any moment. Y

We were initially given a room, it stated it was a non-smoking room, however upon opening the door, the smell of cigarette smole was unbearable. We reported this to tge front desk, received a different room. TV was broken, heater was loud and made banging noises all night, chairs were so old and worn, tile in bathroom misding. Not worth the $200.

The room was under impressive being the cost of the room. First the door on the outside to get on the side was broken so anyone just walk in. They dont have an elevator.The room did not have hand soap ,refrigerator would not close because of the block pertruding out of it. The remote did not connect to the t.v. to turn it on. The lamp on the table by the phone glitch the whole time it was on so not fuctioning. No directions on how to use the shower being it is unusual to turn it on I had to call the front desk to ask. We were not warned if the key touches our keys of phones it will reset and wont work then you cant get in your room. So then you have to get it reset at the frontdesk. There is so much more but that was the gist of. We did jot pay low buget money to expect the quality we recieved.

everything was nice and clean . But there was a clanking we assume from plumbing because it quit when everyone started quiet for the night. also the toilet seat was broken but the lady at the front desk said she would make sure it got fixed. everyone was very polite.

Took 4 times back and forth to get a magnetic key that worked. Pool was down. Stayed a week ago , asked for wake up call at 6 am. Got woke up at 3:30 am. Last night asked for call at 5:30. Got woke up at 2:30 am. Food for breakfast was cold. Should call health department. Very disappointing, won't go back.

Shower stall doesn’t drain . Mold on the floor of the shower under the shower mat . Signs of damage everywhere, with clear tape on the walls where the vinyl is coming off . Milk , orange juice and apple juice kept in a container in a refrigerator. Not dispensed . I won’t be back ever !

I have no idea how this hotel could possibly get an 8.0. First the basic infrastructure of the hotel across the board we sub-satisfactory. Wall, floorboards, carpet, bathroom, bed, etc. all looked dingy and cheap. Everything felt like it needed to be upgraded and better maintained. Felt like a Motel 6. The the cleaning was terrible. I’m not picky, but one of the bed covers had hair all over it. The other one had jam on one side of it. My daughter wanted to leave the place because she was so creeped out by it. They were nice enough to change us to a room where the hotel Host said “that cleaning lady that does that floor is better“ she was not surprised at our report of the dirt in the corners and everywhere in the room we first got. Compared to any other experience I’ve had in a hotel rated 8.0 this felt like a shack compared to a mansion. Unfortunately, we paid in advance. From now on, I will try to never paint advance so that we can walk away if we need to. Of course the pictures make the place look so much better than it really is. Still I’m wondering if something shifty happened that they could get an 8.0. It makes absolutely no sense that people would give it that rating. The other hotels that were similar. We’re getting 5.0 ratings 4.0 ratings. It feels dubious.

Did not appear to have been vacuumed or thoroughly cleaned. The sink had a bad leak which was obviously pre-known because the trashcan had water in the bottom of it and the liner placed over it. Very disappointed. Reported the sink issue!
