I have stayed here twice. I don't plan on finding anywhere else to stay when we are traveling through Lubbock. The hotel is clean. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are wonderful!

Dirty room and bathroom, a real party room with dice! tv remote didn't work, breakfast disaster with dry baked goods and bread, waffle maker broken, heater in room stopped working 1st night and made so much noise at midnight we had to turn it off! The hallways were dirty with white debris. Needs a surprise inspection.
