We drove 7 hours to Plaiview for a baseball showcase for my son. We arrived a little after midnight and was told they do not have a room for us. The lady at the front desk gave us a room with 1 bed for 3 of us and a pull away bed. The bed was absolutely nasty with stains all over it. I have plenty of pictures. The whole place was nasty and dirty and smelt horrible. I want a refund!!!

The housekeeper was nocking my door at 9 am to asking me if I was going to leave the room. Then 1 hour late she was nocking again to tell me that I have to leave the room at 11 am... That was disturbing because the check out is at Noon....

Not amazing. I was first told the motel was sold out, then that my room they had saved, accessible, was given to someone else. After much consternation, I was given a room that actually turned out to be pretty. good. No lights in walkway inside courtyard, and a terrible pool that was empty and looked like it had been that way for some time. The desk clerk was very nice and did her best to correct a difficult situation. One out of four nights recently staying in hotels wasn't bad.

The room was supposed to be ADA. Door is too narrow to use a wheelchair. Bathtub chair is not adequate for handicap- it collapsed in the middle of showering.

I stayed there the evening of Saturday, July 12th. First of all the website showed a picture of the swimming pool. However, when we arrived there was no water in the pool. Rather antiquated area. LOUD teenagers running up & down the hall in the middle of the night banging on doors. I don't know how the Night Desk Clerk kept from calling the police. I don't know how much she is paid an hour but she definitely deserves a raise. Honestly, everyone on the second floor should be reimbursed for their room charges. Thank goodness my brother-in-law, who is a Viet Nam Vet and suffers from PTSD was able to tolerate those brats! The "breakfast", and I use that term loosely, was a definite disappointment. I kept waiting for them to "finish setting out the food". I finally asked what else they'd be serving and was told that was it. No waffle machine, no eggs, just cold cereal, and cold muffins. Quiet a disappointing way to start a vacation. Sorry Wyndham but you asked...

The fact that the website showed a sparkling blue pool and upon arrival their was no water and trash and bricks in the pool. Was looking forward to swimming in this hot weather.. The only thing we loved was that the room stayed supercool the entire days we were there.

The receptionist was fabulous, the room smelled like it had water damage and a few cosmetic issues, as well as the breakfast selection needed some TLC but other than that I felt safe and the bed was comfortable!
