Overall really great stay. It was exactly what our family of 6 needed to stay for the weekend while in town for a wedding. Neighborhood was a little more rough than we expected but the home itself was great. Home is historic so older bathrooms and kitchen and some uneven stairs, which was not a problem for us, and was clear from the listing.

Great location, extremely clean, good parking & the home itself was wonderful! Comfy & charming! My entire family enjoyed the large bedrooms & cozy common areas. Stairs were a little challenging with carrying in luggage & for the older crowd! But they do fit in with the architecture of the home. We would love to stay at this property again!

House is old and has some condition issues. Stairs are not well constructed and uncomfortable to use. Windows upper and lower frames don’t meet so open to outside all the time even when shut. Ants in the kitchen area

The place was absolutely amazing. The owners were easy to talk to and the sweetest. The beds were amazing and we all got a great nights sleep. This place is located to almost every attraction. Definitely recommend this place to everyone who visits Louisville

Location good. The "entrance level" requires going up a flight of stairs upon entering the building. The pictures are dated. This place could use some work. Most of the window blinds broken or missing. Issues with a bathroom door knob that kept falling off, door to deck deadbolt stuck in locked position making the deck unusable, ants in dining room. Communication with the owner was slow and they never came out to look at an item that they said they would. The home was "surface" clean. Notified these things as well as other items with the owner and he responded that they would address them.

Terrible area of city. Fails to mention its three floors. Bathtub drain doesn’t work. Windows won’t close and lock. Window blinds don’t work and some are completely missing. Dryer was left with a huge load of sheets and towels all mixed up together. Will not stay there again not recommend it.
