Nice hotel, great location. I paid extra for parking, but when I left the parking garage, the validation didn’t work and I had to pay to leave the garage. When I told the person working the lobby desk, I was given no effort and told there’s nothing that could be done.

The room smelled of bleach upon entry and the bedsheets on the second day were soiled. The hair dryer in the bathroom was also not cleaned. Only the wall outlets worked and none of the bedside or desk chargers worked. There was also a bolt missing from the toilet seat so it was not fastened to the toilet, resulting in sliding during use.

The mattress on the bed that i slepr on wax TERRIBLE. Old and way too soft for comfort. The pillows were old too. Not firm at all. I woke up sore and with nexk pain both days of the stay.
