Staff: The best, extremely friendly and very helpful. Facilities: Poor. If this was my first stay at a FI I would not plan to stay in one again. Pool was closed by health dept (seriously, there was a red gov sign saying so.) We stayed 5 nights and saw no effort to clean it up. Workout room: Of 3 machines only 2 worked (big sign on treadmill “Terribly sorry” but no visible effort in 5 days to fix it. ) Water fountain with “filtered” water in work out room had flashing lights “please change filters.” Triple filter but all three needed changing, Room: the TV was out 2x so we were moved to another (smaller) room. One room number was a taped piece of paper. (Not a big deal but combined with other evidence it looks like the message is “let’s save money and not maintain anything. Not a good look for a Fairfield Inn. Staff was amazing but whoever oversees maintenance needs to find another job.

Stayed here 1 night passing through our way to West Virginia with 4 other couples. I room the toilet wasn’t working right and another room the TV didn’t work. The lady working the front desk was very helpful and put those couples in new rooms. The hotel was clean and conveniently located to a few restaurants that we were able walk to.
