We have stay at Pueblo Bonito Los Cabo’s for years. The rooms were great and air conditioning was cold. The poor food was great. We did fill overall that the service at La Palomas and the buffet were slow. Also service at the pool was slow. And these are all waiters and servers we’ve had in years past. It just did not seem as responsive this year.

The view is the best thing about the rooms. Rooms are very dated. Bed is horrible. Very hard and stiff. You can feel the springs. My back hurt the entire stay. Theres not alot of light to get ready and it is very hot in the bedroom. Room service takes a long time and they only allow you 4 items for the whole family. Same for the drinks in the fridge. Staff is very rude when you call for anything. Pool servers on the other hand were great as well as front desk staff. Food at the a la cart restaurants were such a pleasant surprise. We loved Sunset & Sushi and Cilantros. Everything we ate was amazing. Overall the location, views and food were what made the vacation.

Wonderful view, rooms a bit shabby but clean, couch that converts to bed might as well just not—throw. Blanket on the floor and save your back, hotel staff very kind and attentive. We weren’t expecting much from the restaurants at an all inclusive, yet it still managed to disappoint.

We booked 4 nights next door at the Rose but had access to Los Cabos “Blanco” the entire trip it was better service, more laid back, quaint atmosphere that we prefer. Much smaller. When our flight was delayed we moved our room next door without a blink! Ask for Demetrio at Paloma’s for breakfast and Cilantros for lunch. Best service!

The view is amazing! Service and food horrible, you feel like being watched all the time. You can take only one diet coke per person. Buffet is terrible with not much options. The only restaurant worth visiting is italian and you have to pay $20 per person additionally. Sand on the beach feels like fake.

The property is very dated. The AC couldn’t be adjusted so our room was an ice cube the whole time. Maintenance said it was normal. Many of the wait staff were not that happy to be serving us. We had a mosquito infested room and even had a cockroach in our room. The best part of this property is its location to the beach and the very smooth ocean water. We will never go back there.

My whole family caught a rash due to the sheets I never seen the cleaning crew change them !! Ever the service was terrible !!! They were rude !! All inclusive how we never got service nothing in the fridges we had to request everything !!! The only beautiful thing was the view!!
