Location is great. Just off of I-10. Easy access to get to attractions. Shopping is nearby, less than 15 min to Costco, Walmart etc. Ton of restaurants nearby.Communication with host is great. He replied almost immediately. There is room for improvement on cleanliness side. Not unbearable but could see some dust here and there. Only one complaint I have is if you have big vehicle, it is hard to get your vehicle into the garage. And you are not allowed to park outside. If you have smaller car(compact), it would be perfect property. If you have large vehicle, it is something to think about.

The ac unit in the smallest room got full of water due to the rain and humidity. We had to empty it as there was no drainage line. Also most of the windows didn’t lock which can be a safety concern. The light in the en-suite bathroom was out and one of the outlet in that bathroom didn’t work. I would also suggest more seating in the living room. Also having simple seasoning like salt and pepper and oven mitts would be much appreciated. The host was very prompt and accommodating. And the place was very well cleaned and upkept. The neighborhood was nice and having a small yard was super helpful with our pets

Good location for the budget, very good mattresses, pillows, shower. Table and chairs for a big group. Kitchen could have more accessories such as wine glasses, drip coffee maker (the k-cups maker doesn't make good coffee plus the plastic waste). Also the garage is pretty tight if two cars are parked. Still, overall, a good stay.

Great property, plenty of room in the house (3) of us, but would fit 6 with kids no problem. I have a bigger truck gmc 2500 will not fit in the garage. I wouldn't even try it unless your comfortable parking in tight spaces. But it worked for us had plenty of room to maneuver and allow for the host to have room for parking.
