Cute home, safe neighborhood 5 min walk to beach

Cute home. Clean. We’ve stayed in many homes and this had the best supplied kitchen of all the places we have stayed. 5 min walk to beach. It was in a nice, safe neighborhood. If there was anything that we felt needed attention, we would have liked to have some type of fan in each room to move the air. The only fan in the master was very small and didn’t quite get the job done. Also, we were not made aware that there were long term tenants staying on the property in an apt. over the laundry room. It was a little worrisome to see people walking through the locked, backyard area. We contacted the mgmt co immediately and they apologized for not having given us this information in advance. They were no problem and none of these issues would prevent us from staying here again.
