You should pay the extra money for the room. There was no mucrowave. The sitting chair was worn and had holes in it. The shower head gave only one spray even though it had at one time gave more. Missing tiles in the bathroom. Just saying pretty much looked like a dead beat spot. So pay the extra money maybe you'll get a better looking room. The dinner room was good.

Rooms very clean, check in went very smooth. Staff was very friendly. Having the restaurant on site was very convenient. We went for dinner and our server Miguel was excelente, took care of us 100%, great customer service and we had a great experience. All the amenities. In the room were great. After landing at the airport and needing the advertised shuttle, it took me 30 minutes just to get a hold of someone at the hotel only to be told the shuttle couldn’t come. They said to find a yellow cab and they would reimburse me. We finally found a yellow cab and paid for it. We got to the hotel to check in and they wouldn’t reimburse me. It was so frustrating.
