The room was clean and nice. The staff was excellent and generous with information. Both restaurants had good food and wait staff. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Overall, the property is nice, staff are very friendly and professional, and the room was comfortable. My notes are more detail-oriented. The shower-head in my room didn’t work so I had to use solely the handheld. The floor in my room was uneven for some reason - it felt like it might have been warped from water damage? The breakfast menu in my room was very different than what I was given at the restaurant downstairs. And a note on dining - there are several errors/inconsistencies on the website about the dining options/experience. The food was ok, but it would be amazing to have more craft coffee drinks - like lattes.

Justin was such a huge help for my wife and myself. Our flight in landed earlier than check in and Justin was able to get us into a room very quickly. He also assisted in letting us know of local restaurants/ shopping attractions for us to check out while he works on getting a room ready. He was such a huge help, friendly and greeted us every morning and welcomed us back everytime he was at the counter. Thank you Justin, you rock!!

I’d give the staff seven stars, it’s the most enthusiastic staff I’ve ever witnessed in all my years of travel. They knew me by my last night, Mr. Gale good morning how are you today? Phenomenal! The room was exceptionally clean and updated, the breakfast options were incredible. The ease of being right next to the airport is a no-brainer. I can’t say enough for the staff of this property.
