HOT WATER..nonexistent. The shower was also so weak that it was a trickle. I've been in many 3rd world countries and served in the Peace Corp in a third world country. Your shower was worse than when I used a bucket to shower in Armenia.

During check in, I was not told about the parking costs, nothing about breakfast times or even where anything was. In the room, the fridge was really loud and the phone didn’t work. I went down and told the man at the front desk who said they would get someone up to fix it but no one ever showed up. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast was extensive, there is a free laundry facility, the rooms are large, shuttle to the Long Beach airport and staff was great. The only downside was having to wait 3+ hours for our room to be ready. Early check in was apparently not an option so we waited in their lobby with our luggage. (There were three other families waiting as well) Even considering, i would absolutely stay here again ! Its super conveniently located.
