Our room did not have a kitchen, but it was charming and we did have a view of the ocean from our room. We did not have a private balcony. Somehow your system seems to think we did, but it was lovely and we very much enjoyed it.

Yes clean room, staff awesome. The nay, heater did not work, staff supplied us w space heater. Good job, #2 pull out bed had no linens again staff to the rescue sheets and blanket.

Our stay was pretty good. Location is awesome in a very quiet neighborhood. We were aware of the very few places to eat nearly. The bathroom was small but our complain were the interior rolling doors that need some maintenance.
