In the room there were several issues: the blackout curtains didn’t close leaving a 1.5 foot gap because one was stuck and without a wand; there was only 1 hand towel and no wash clothes; the phone wasn’t working; the TV wasn’t working. After contacting the front desk on my personal phone, a repairman came and fixed the TV (Housekeeping unplugged it), the blackout curtain unstuck, and the phone volume fixed. My room keys were activated for only 1 night instead of the 2 nights I’d booked creating difficulty because only 1 of 4 elevators worked and there were many guests (cruising) with lots of luggage crowding the elevator making getting from 8th floor to front desk to get new keys. The 2nd night I asked for housekeeping to bring me the needed towels/wash clothes and after contacting front desk twice and waiting over an hour, at 9:40pm, I told front desk to cancel housekeeping because I was going to bed!

We stayed the night before our cruise. The hotel was clean, easy to find, and right by the cruise port. The room was clean and there are restaurants in walking distance.

Air conditioning did not work in room. Front desk attendant did not give us the coupons for breakfast. We had to go ask. Shuttle was expensive. Website indicated free
