Everything was fine until I checked out and the valet brought my car. When I checked in my car had just been washed but when I got my car it was completely dirty. I guess they parked it outdoors under a tree, who does that? Completely unacceptable

Rooms in Royce cottage were large but safe was tiny and you had to carry a key with you Bathroom shower was small and shower fixtures were old and loose Hot water never appeared in bathroom-lukewarm at best Parking was a nightmare and very expensive

Try not to get a room on the first floor. We paid extra for a patio / balcony and got a first floor room facing the parking lot. No turn down service. No bar soap. Hotel is beautiful but a 4 star

Beautiful outdoor terraces and patios to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine, perfect pool and staff at the pool bar, gorgeous harp music at tea.

For over $500 per night, stay elsewhere. It has a very dated interior, the “superior” rooms were like a dungeon. A small window overlooking a roof top and boiler room. And the worst part, there was a very loud banging noise from the ceiling 24/7 that came every 25 seconds. Kept me up and I couldn’t get work done due to the noise.

Valet unreliable. Was told that there is a waitlist for EV charging. Car did not get charged. Was told that rooms were not ready until 90 minutes past check-in time. Because of 2 weddings on the grounds, crowded with drunk loud partygoers. NOT a family-friendly hotel
